Primary Responsibilities:

Assisting new clients in setting up and configuring their CRM and AI solutions, including data migration, user training, and initial setup.
Tailoring CRM and AI systems to meet specific client needs, including customizing workflows, dashboards, and reporting functionalities.
Analyzing client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and generating reports to track progress and measure the impact of solutions.
Providing technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
Creating user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles to help clients effectively utilize their CRM and AI solutions.
Staying up-to-date on the latest CRM and AI technologies and trends, researching potential new solutions, and contributing to the development of new service offerings.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques: Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools.
